Service Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided once a cleaning service has been completed. Refunds may be considered if the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean.
Cancellations
Please cancel AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Deposits
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless notice is given within the required period.
